How do I place my order using the shopping cart?
To order with Smokes-Trade.com, simply visit our website at www.smokes-trade.com. Click on the brand of cigarettes you’d like to purchase. Once you’ve done this, you can click on “buy” and the item you’ve selected will be added to your shopping cart. You may view your shopping cart at any time by clicking the “view” option. This feature allows you to see and, if necessary edit your order easily. You can change the quantity of items that you’ve ordered or delete items you’ve decided not to purchase. Once your order is the way you’d like it, click on the “Purchase Now” link in the shopping cart area to begin “check out” procedures. Using our secure order form you can place your order, after which you will be notified by e-mail as to the status of your order approval and shipping information.
Is my personal information protected?
Our client lists are not sold to anyone and we do not provide any information to any organization, government or otherwise, ever.
What payment methods can I use?
All costs listed on our website are shown in United States dollars. Smokes-Trade.com accepts payments by Visa credit card only.
How long will it take to process my order?
If a credit card is used to pay for an order, typically the product ships within 1-2 business days.
How long should I expect my delivery to take?
In the United States, the typical delivery arrives within two – three weeks. If you feel that you shipment is delayed, contact us so we can assist you in tracking your order. If you do not receive your shipment within twenty five days, we will declare your order lost or stolen and will guarantee you a full refund or resend the package, whichever you choose.
Is shipping cigarettes and tobacco legal?
On the 15th of September 1999, the Universal Postal Convention provided certain provisions for the shipping of cigarettes in the United States. These international laws permit the buyer to be declared the “importer of record” and thereby placing ownership of the package on the buyer when it leaves stock. The buyer, (importer of record) then is responsible to make sure that the shipment is compliant with state and federal import regulations. If you are unsure of how the state and federal regulations governing your shipment apply, contact your local tax office.
Do I have to pay duty taxes in order to receive my order?
Duty taxes are applied at the discretion of the country of destination. Customs Authorities will make a determination at the time of shipment as to what duty taxes, if any, will be due in order for you to take receipt of your package. If you choose not to pay the duty tax assessed, you may reject the package by writing RETURN TO SENDER on the package and having the post office return the package. According to our Refund and; Prevention Policy, Smokes-Trade.com will refund your cost.
What shipping method should I choose for the fastest delivery?
All packages are shipped using Registered Mail. There are no other methods of shipment available. As all packages must be signed for upon arrival, the use of Registered Mail is the only shipping method.
How much are the shipping rates?
The shipping is free.
Why are orders sometimes shipped in two different shipments?
Due to the regulations governing the quantity of cartons per day and per address, there may be a need to split a shipment into two or more packages. These packages are shipped at a rate based on the total weight of the order.
Is there a money back guarantee if I am not satisfied with the product or service?
We guarantee our products and services with a 100% money back guarantee. If the package is lost, stolen or damaged upon receipt we will refund 100% of your costs. If you choose to return your order for any reason, you must do so within ten days of receiving your order, after which we will refund your money less shipping costs.
