Mild Seven

The second largest brand of cigarettes in the world is Mild Seven. Produced by Japan Tobacco, Mild Seven is a premium brand that is enjoyed in over forty countries around the world. Originally designed to be a variant of the popular Seven Stars brand of cigarettes, Mild Seven has been a top seller ever since its launch into the market back in 1977. In China, South Korea and Asian markets, Mild Seven cigarettes are leaders in the markets among smokers. In 2006, the European Tobacco Regulations ended its twelve year association with Benetton Formula One team (later known as Renault F1) as the title sponsor. With many products in its product line including Mild Seven FK, Mild Seven Special Lights and Mild Seven Lights, many have been discontinued. Available mostly in Japan only, the other limited areas where this brand is available include Hokkaido, Aichi and Mie. With various additives used in the production of Mild Seven cigarettes, the cigarette brand concentrates on features that boost one’s image, such as burn rate. With Japan Tobacco International’s success, the cigarette brand has more than served its owners with increases in revenue during its tenure. The newest product in the Mild Seven cigarette brand line is the Mild Seven Prime Slim Three, released in July of 2005. This cigarette is popular as it has only 0.2 Nicotine and 3 % tar.
