Sobranie

Produced in various places in and throughout Europe by the Gallaher Group, the Sobranie brand of cigarette was established in 1879 and made in Russian tradition; handmade. These cigarettes are still produced at Old Bond Street in London. Sobranie of London manufactures a variety of cigarette styles. Some of these are produced in the Ukraine and others, in Russia. Geared specifically for women, the slimmer, more brightly colored styles like the Sobraine Cocktails Cigarettes, come with a gold foil filter and are mixed pastel shades. The Sobranie brand of cigarettes also produces a Black Russians brand. These are black with a gold foil filter. Geared toward the masculine smoker, as evidenced by the Russian imperial eagle insignia, these cigarettes use blends suited to Russian tastes. Packaged in attractive packaging and sold only in Russia, these cigarettes are still available to anyone anywhere via the internet. Choose from Sobranie Mints Cigaretttes, Pinks Cigarettes or the more traditional Blues, Classic or Classic Lights cigarettes. Considered a fashion brand, these cigarettes are more “event based” type smoking instruments. Being the most expensive cigarette brand in Russia, the distinguished smoker might compare them to Dunhill cigarettes.
