Age Limit
To order tobacco products from Smokes-Trade.com, you must be at least 18 years of age or older or of legal age within the state where you live. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you are signifying that you are of legal age to purchase tobacco products. If you are found misrepresenting your age in order to obtain tobacco products through Smokes-Trade.com you will be prosecuted by law. This is a felony charge.

The Surgeon General’s office has advised that smoking is dangerous to your health:
- Smoking causes lung cancer, heart disease, emphysema and may complicate a woman’s pregnancy.

Products
The cigarette and tobacco products purchased at Smokes-Trade.com are made in Europe and meet or exceed all European specifications unless otherwise indicated. Smokes-Trade.com will make every effort to provide the customer with the product of their choice, however if this is not possible, Smokes-Trade.com will indicate this via email or over the telephone. Smokes-Trade.com accepts no responsibility for the inavailabity of any product. If the customer’s preferred product is not available, Smokes-Trade.com will refund or credit the customer’s account.
Delivery of products
Products are delivered by registered Mail only and must be signed for when they arrive. If your shipment is delayed, contact support@smokes-trade.com and reference your order number. Smokes-Trade.com will make every effort to assist in tracking your order, however, if we are unable to find your package, Smokes-Trade.com will replace your shipment at no additional charge.
Expected delivery time
Most deliveries to the United States take two to three weeks with deliveries to other countries taking anywhere from one to three weeks. In some cases your package may be delayed due to shipping processes. If this occurs, please notify us so we can assist you in tracking your package. If you do not receive your package within twenty five days, Smokes-Trade.com will declare your package lost or stolen and will either replace the order at no additional charge or fully refund your money.
Shipping information
Once payment has been confirmed, all credit card orders are shipped within one business day. If your order exceeds the per day/per address regulations, Smokes-Trade.com will need to split your shipment and may result in your order being delivered on different days. Registered Mail is our only shipping method as this protects against fraud and the identity of our valued customers.
Return Policies
Smokes-Trade.com is committed to providing 100% customer satisfaction. Therefore, examine the contents of your package as soon as they arrive. If there exists damage or if the products are damaged upon their arrival, notify us immediately and we will instruct you on how to return just those products. NOTE” It is important that you return any damaged or unused merchandise within tens days of when it is received in order for Smokes-Trade.com to refund money to your credit card. The customer is responsible for returning the package including the costs associated with the return. Smokes-Trade.com will not be held responsible for incorrect information, erroneous product orders or typographical errors made by the customer while placing an order. Smokes-Trade.com will not be held responsible for variations in the quality of our product caused by the acts or omission of the manufacturer or their processes.
Canceling an order
In the event you must cancel your order, you must do so within a twelve hour period. You may do this by sending an email to us at support@smokes-trade.com asking us to cancel your order. Providing your name, address and the order number will ensure the quickest response.
Refund Policy
In the event the customer receives an incorrect or damaged order, Smokes-Trade.com will replace the order immediately upon our receipt of the incorrect or damaged order. If it is not possible to return the goods, Smokes-Trade.com will make a full refund of the purchase price of the item(s). Any incorrect or damaged products must be returned to Smokes-Trade.com within ten days of receipt. The customer is responsible for all costs incurred to return the products. If Customs Authorities seize your package, there will be no refunds issued to the customer until confirmation of the appeals process has been received. Smokes-Trade.com will refund money within seven business days of written notification. If your shipment is not forwarded to you by Customs Authorities upon the conclusion of appeals procedures, Smokes-Trade.com will replace your order at no cost provided the package and its shipping requirements complied with our terms and conditions.
Secure credit card ordering
Orders processed using a credit card are encrypted and send directly to your banking institution. No member or associate member of our company has access to your credit card or any details concerning your credit card. Secure credit card ordering makes it possible to use the shopping cart while browsing our site to add and delet items as you choose. Any product that is added to the shopping cart can be viewed or deleted at any time during the ordering process.
International Duty Laws
As the buyer is listed as the “importer of record” on all shipment made into the United States, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the legality of cigarette shipments in your locality. If your package is assessed duty taxes upon entering the United States, the buyer may choose to pay the tax or reject the package and return it to Smokes-Trade.com for a full refund.
